Registration applications received after 00:00 on Friday 16 May 2015 will be charged at the onsite price. Attendees should register onsite at the congress centre after this time.

It is strongly recommended that you register in advance for the meeting. Payment will be required at the time of registration. Cash and cheque payments CANNOT be accepted onsite. Payment onsite at ECE 2015 will be accepted by debit / credit card only.

Group registration at ECE 2015

Registration fees include:

  • Access to all congress sessions and commercial exhibition
  • Delegate bag including all congress materials and a name badge
  • Endocrine Abstracts online
  • Meet the Expert Handbook electronic version
  • Entrance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • All refreshment breaks during the congress
  • Registration does not include accommodation or tickets to any social events

Please note: there is a strict NO PHOTOGRAPHY policy at the ECE 2015 congress. Delegates may be asked to leave if this is not adhered to


Delegate documents

Registration confirmation and joining instructions will be sent to all participants in written form via email after receipt of registration, accommodation details and payment.

The delegate documents page on the website will allow delegates to log into their booking area to download the following items:

  • Letter of invitation
  • Confirmation letter
  • Certificate of Attendance (after the congress)

Registration cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to ESE c/o Bioscientifica Ltd.

No refunds will be made after 16 March 2015 – cancellation requests received before this date will be subject to an administrative charge of 25%.

Refunds of 75% of the amount paid will be made if cancellation is received on or before 16 March 2015. No refunds (for any reason including ill health) will be available after 16 March 2015 and the total amount paid will be forfeit. Refunds will be processed after the ECE 2015 Congress. Please send your exact bank details with the written cancellation. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the delegate.


Online payment

All payments for the congress must be made in EUROS to the European Society of Endocrinology. Bioscientifica Ltd is the professional conference organiser for ECE 2015 and act on behalf of the European Society of Endocrinology.

Registration badges will not be issued until payment is made in full.

The preferred payment method for the congress is on-line payment with a credit/debit card. Upon providing your personal details in the on-line form, you will be automatically redirected to the WorldPay secure payment site before confirming your registration on the final page of the form.

It is important that you click the ‘FINISH’ button and request confirmation via email, failure to do so will mean your registration will not be complete and may delay entry to the congress.


Italian pharmaceutical companies and secretariat

All applications from Italian pharmaceutical companies (to be processed through the Italian Health Ministry) should be addressed to the ECE appointed agency.

Carbon Off-setting

Having the opportunity to meet face to face, connect and share our knowledge is an invaluable experience. At the same time, we recognize these events have associated impacts from travel/transportation and lodging.

In planning for the event, great care was taken to incorporate sustainability considerations into the various aspects and activities for the congress. These actions include:

  • Reducing the amount of materials produced for the congress
  • Encouraging the use of public transportation
  • Facilitating offsets for our impacts with the help of meeting delegates and sponsors.

In keeping with our goal, we are also encouraging conference delegates to offset their travel-related carbon impacts associated with the conference.

Carbon Catalog is a free and independent web directory of carbon offsets (they do not sell offsets or have commercial relationships with providers). Once you have chosen the project you wish to support, you can follow the link to their website, where a simple calculator will be available to help you determine the carbon impact of your travel to the ECE 2015. You can then donate the off-set amount to your chosen project.
